This process is the application of a protective polyester film onto a card’s surface to protect it from wear and tear and UV rays.

Magnet stripe sticking
Having our own magnet strip machine allow us offer different color of the magnet strip, like gold, sliver.

Encoding Room
Data will be encoded onto magnet strip or chip accurately by our advanced encoding system.

Pressing Process
The printing plate will be produced according to artwork before the printing process.
